Abstract

This article addresses the theme of decision-making in clinical practice and is based on a teaching and learning session for third-year midwifery students. The focus of this article is on the processes of decision making. Scenarios are presented that can be used as problem-based learning exercises with student midwives and discussion questions are suggested.
