Abstract
This chapter offers a commentary of the provisions of the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration regulating the decision of arbitrators and the issuance of arbitral awards. Article 28 regulates choice of the rules of law governing the substance of the dispute. Article 29 regulates decision making in panels of arbitrators. Article 31 regulates the form and content of arbitral awards. Article 32 regulates the termination of arbitral proceedings and Article 33 regulates correction, interpretation and supplementing arbitral awards.
