Abstract

Because of increasing regulatory requirements on discharged water, which requires dechlorination, the Southern California Water Co., Southwest System has experimented with different dechlorination devices through the years. This article describes a new device that shows promising results in reducing the time needed to flush and the labor required for setting up the dechlorination equipment.
