Abstract
SUMMARY This paper considers decentralized stabilization problem for a class of large-scale systems with interval time-varying delays in interconnections. The time delay is assumed to be a continuous function belonging to a given interval but not necessary to be differentiable. On the basis of constructing a set of improved Lyapunov–Krasovskii functionals, new sufficient conditions for the existence of decentralized state feedback controller are established in terms of linear matrix inequalities. The decentralized control design guarantees the system exponential stability. An illustrative example is given to show the validity of the results obtained in this paper.
