Abstract

This paper presents a decentralized observer based exponential stabilization method for linear time-invariant interconnected systems whose states are unmeasurable. By the dual property and optimal control technique, we develop the subsystem based observation model to obtain good estimation for these unmeasurable states. Then the feedback law is also designed decentrally and only the local observation states are used for the subsystem input. The stability of the overall system containing original states and reconstructional errors are proved to be exponentially stable.
