Abstract
There are presented the analyses: why multi-disciplinary linkages are needed between occupational health and safety (OHS) professionals and other practitioners and how such networks can be built, with reference to some examples from Scientific Committee on Occupational Health in Small-Scale Enterprises and the Informal Sector activities. It will also explore how new communication media & technologies offer promising opportunities that can be harnessed by OHS professionals in collaboration with other partners.
