Abstract
December Slow Haze Voices Long war into darker days, attack dogs on prisoners, water boarding, & sleep deprivation: nothing new. Mostly what upsets are the obituaries, reaching four-thousand. The President talks at us, but does not listen. Families are full with grief, their suffering no form of glory. On the snow, the low sun flickers. The dead soldiers cry out soundlessly. Frozen chimes are frozen chimes.
