Abstract
Consider the oscillatory integral operator , where is real valued, and λ is a large real number. We prove that, if S(x, y) is a homogeneous polynomial of degree n ≥3 satisfying a non-degeneracy assumption, then , and the decay rate is sharp (up to a power of log λ when n = 3).
