Abstract

Time-dependent electrical resistivity measurements are carried out on AsTeSe glasses at different fixed pressure using the Bridgman anvil system. At pressures, p < 18 kbar, the variation of electrical resistivity with time exhibits an exponential behavior, and at pressures p > 18 kbar it shows a stretched exponential behavior. This behavior can be explained on the basis of critical thresholds and fractal dimension of the network glasses.
