Abstract

Policy uncertainty is one of the key issues today that is contributing to investor nervousness, especially when it comes to baseload generation investment. Although there has been considerable discussion on the topic, there has been little effort to formally recognize such uncertainties in investment decision making, to guide appropriate policy developments. This article reviews some of the studies that have been done in the Australian context.
