Abstract

A child's obsessions with death are compelling and disturbing concerns for those who know the child well. Such a situation becomes transformed into a devastating event when the child has successfully taken his own life. This tragedy leaves the survivors in a state of profound shock, remorse, disbelief, and guilt. Such occurrences must be prevented.
