Abstract

Deaccommodation of the initial permeability μ in the weak ferromagnet FeBO3 is studied experimentally. The temperature dependence of the relaxation time is determined, and the activation energy is found. Based on the results obtained, the conclusion is made that the deaccommodation of μ in iron borate at low temperatures is related to the same carriers that participate in various photoinduced magnetic transformations in this compound.
