De-excitation rate constants of Ne( 3P 2, 3P 1 and 3P 0) by atoms and molecules as studied by the pulse radiolysis method

Abstract

The de-excitation rate constants of Ne( 3P 2, 3P 1 and 3P 0) by various atoms and molecules have been measured using a pulse radiolysis method combined with optical absorption spectroscopy. The results have been compared with theoretically estimated ones.
