Abstract

This article is based on the philosophical thought of M. Bakhtin. It thus elaborates the dimensions of the philosophy of the ethical responsible act, and the construct of polyphony, the latter extracted by the author from the works by Fyodor Dostoevsky. It also aims at questioning possible approaches of the Law with the Bakhtinian literary studies and language philosophy, highlighting the perspective of the event and its aesthetical objectification. Hence, it proposes to establish an initial dialogue that can contribute to the overcoming of both subjectivist and objectivist postures in the juridical interpretation, which are still dominant in the traditional imaginary and the daily practice of Law in Brazil.
