Abstract

The integrated energy system (IES) which breaks the barrier of traditional electric, gas and heat energy consumption, is effective in renewable energy sources consumption, improving energy utilization efficiency and reducing carbon emission. In this paper, a day-ahead optimal scheduling method considering the line pack of gas network is proposed for IES. Based on the gas fluid dynamics, the gas flow in the transmission pipeline is analyzed and the line pack model is constructed. Then, the day-ahead optimal scheduling model is constructed to minimize the integrated costs and maximize wind power consumption through controlling the devices in the electric, gas and heat systems coordinately. Finally, the numerical simulation is conducted to verify the efficiency of the line pack in improving system flexibility and effectiveness of the proposed method in system operation.
