Abstract

In view of the existing problems such as high investment cost and low utilization rate of distributed energy storage, while centralized shared energy storage can not take into account the different power needs of many types of users. In this paper, an optimal allocation and scheduling method of cloud energy storage, which combines distributed energy storage with centralized energy storage. Firstly, the new business operation mode and the concept of cloud energy storage system are expounded. Secondly, in the economic optimal scheduling of prosumer, and the cloud energy storage optimization allocation and dispatch model is established with the objective of optimal daily operation cost. On this basis, the Shapley value method is used for cost sharing within the cooperative alliance. Finally, the feasibility and superiority of the method proposed in this paper are verified by numerical example simulation. The results show that the consumption rate of clean energy can be improved significantly, and the cost sharing strategy achieves a win-win situation for all parties.
