[End Page 54] Dawit Abebe DAWIT ABEBE (b.1978), native of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, has exhibited his work in the United Kingdom, France, Dubai, Tanzania, the USA, and Ethiopia. He studied painting, sculpture, graphics, photography, and industrial design at the Alle School of Fine Arts and Design at Addis Ababa University. Since 2001, he has been a full-time artist in residence at the Habesha Art Studio, which he and a group of artists founded in Addis Ababa. Copyright © 2016 Johns Hopkins University Press
