Abstract
This article focuses on the application of Davanloo's Central Dynamic Sequence in order to mobilize the unconscious of a patient, where initially no traces whatsoever of unconscious activation could be detected. The importance of monitoring ‘the guidelines to the unconscious’ like Dr Davanloo has called a set of scientific parameters linked with unconscious activity, is emphasized. As otherwise the therapist gets lost in his attempt to undo, together with the patient, ‘the sealing off’ which is a result of many years of severing any connection with the unconscious.
