Abstract
本稿では造岩鉱物の結晶格子中に生成・蓄積する宇宙線生成核種を用いた地形の形成年代測定について,手法の原理と基礎的な数理モデルを概観し,地形の削剥・埋積や核種の継承など,いわゆる地表面の露出年代値に不確かさをもたらす要因を示しながら,適用性と限界を議論して,確度の高い地形形成年代値を得るための方法論を述べる。
