Abstract

The paper presents methods to pre-select the most significant sections within measured curves. These techniques will be illustrated by two applications from the field of chemical analysis. The first example shows the evaluation of voltammograms. The aim of this application is the classification of hydrogen peroxide and peracetic acid diluted in water. The second example deals with the temperature modulated Si-Planar-Pellistor. There are two operation modes to get measurement curves: the direct temperature variation and the sinusoidal temperature modulation. The paper will show well applicable solutions for both conditions.
