Abstract

\tThe basic task of multi-axis CNC machine tools is trajectory control. Due to the existence of Dynamic Error Outside Servo-loop (DEOS), the Linear Encoder Feedback Position (LEFP) under closed-loop control is inconsistent with the Effector End Position (EEP), which results in the difference between the trajectory at the LEFP and the trajectory at the EEP.  \tThis dataset includes: Setpoints Positions (SP), setpoints acceleration, and setpoints jerk of X- and Y-axis; Linear Encoder Feedback Positions (LEFPs) of X- and Y-axis; Effector End Positions (EEP) of X- and Y-axis; Curvature of the moon-shaped trajectory; Trajectory error at LEFP; Trajectory error at EEP. These data represent the Influence of DEOS on the trajectory error\t \tThe SPs were generated and collected the KEDE GNC61 CNC system. The programmed feed rate is set to 10000mm/min. The LEFPs and EEPs were calculated by the transfer functions from SP to LEFP and the transfer functions from SP to EEP of a machine tool, respectively. While, the trajectory errors at LEFP and at EEP are solved according to the geometric relationship.\t \tThe time interval of these data is 2ms.
