Abstract

The article presents the results of applying the system dynamics tools for data analysis in the business architecture of the processes of organizing sales of goods in a trade and logistics center. For the first time, it is substantiated the feasibility of applying the system dynamics method for modeling the indicators of the target architecture in the context of change management, which is dictated by the need for transformation and optimization of the main and auxiliary business processes to increase the economic efficiency of the company. In the context of the development of information and digital economies, as well as the transformation of a systematic approach into an architectural approach, one can say that managing information flow, as a key factor in the balance of processes, will allow more balanced determination of targets in the entire architecture of business processes, and therefore reduce the inconsistency of the flows as controls.
