Abstract
국내 일부 대형병원을 시작으로 OMOP(Observational Medical Outcomes Partnership) CDM(Clinical Data Model)을 이용한 의료정보 연구를 위한 임상 빅데이터 구축이 진행 중에 있다. EMR-tethered PHR시스템은 병원 진료정보를 사용자에게 제공하는 시스템으로 오픈된 서비스 웹을 통해 SQL인젝션 공격 등으로 인한 데이터베이스 노출이라는 잠재 위험을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 OMOP CDM 임상 빅데이터로 기존 EMR-tethered PHR(Personal Health Record)시스템에서 사용되던 병원 데이터베이스의 진료정보 제공 역할을 대체 가능할 수 있을지의 여부 판단을 CDM과 PHR 데이터의 항목별, 속성별 매핑을 조사하는 방법으로 연구를 진행하였다. 연구의 결과로 CDM이 PHR시스템에 데이터 제공자 주체가 될 수 있음을 나타내는 데이터 매핑을 완료하였으며 CDM이 진료정보 제공자가 된 PHR시스템 구성도를 개발 가이드라인으로 제시하였다.
