Abstract

Cloud makes it possible for you to access your information from anywhere at any time. Data stored on cloud is prime important. Data should remain as it is as it was stored on cloud as integrity is prime important. Integrity verification of user's data which is stored on cloud is crucial task. In this model, BLS signature is used to verify intefgrity of data. Storage burden is minimized due to small size i.e. 160 bit BLS signature. External auditor called Third Party Auditor (TPA) is used for auditing purpose. So, that user can use cloud data without worrying about its integrity. In our model privacy of user's data is also preserved from third party auditor because while verifying integrity TPA does not have any knowledge about user's data. Third Party Auditor can perform batch auditing whose performance is better than single user auditing. In this model, divide and conquer strategy is used to detect corrupt blocks. Multithreading is used to increase performance.
