Abstract

The management in the XXI century is related to the occurrence of the information technology. At the same time widespread computerization of almost all business processes enabled the application of the new approach in business management called the data driven management.
 The aim of the paper is to analyze the possibilities of using this concept in the contemporary enterprise, with particular emphasis on the area of human resources. The first part of the article presents the essence of this concept. Next, the importance of possession of the competences by the employees in this area has been discussed. The main part of the article includes considerations relating to the use the data driven management in the area of human resources.
