Data Blitz Debuts at the AACAP Annual Meeting

Abstract

In October 2012, the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (AACAP) held its 59th annual meeting in San Francisco. A new forum titled “Previews from the Pipeline: A Data Blitz Featuring Early Career Investigators” debuted at the meeting to an audience of 174 attendees. This article introduces readers to the particularities of this new format and summarizes the work that was presented in an effort to continue the momentum and interest generated by the event.
