Abstract

AbstractThis paper presents a case study on data analytical platform deployment. The platform takes datasets continuously from social media platform, Facebook, and provide some insight information for sell personal in automotive industry in Thailand. The goal is to improve the sale performance of the sale team. Using information from the Facebook Graph API on the Facebook pages of an automotive industry dealer, the developed platform can then analyze such data and store the insight into the stored data system. When the users search for the related keywords or hashtags, the information in the form of graphs, images, and text can be returned. Both system performance experimental results, as well as the focus-group interviewing are to be presented to validate our proposed work.
