Abstract
Fragestellung: Nachdem die von uns entwickelte Methode der Darstellung und Quantifizierung von Power-Doppler-Signalen zur Analyse der Plazentadurchblutung auf Störfaktoren hinsichtlich der Geräteeinstellung sowie unter verschiedenen patientinnenspezifischen Bedingungen untersucht und der klinische Einsatz bei normalen Schwangerschaften und Risikograviditäten erprobt worden ist, haben wir in der vorliegenden Studie das Verfahren an einem selbst entwickelten Plazentamodell überprüft.
