Abstract

In a company, it is necessary to have human resources that have the potential to support the achievement of company goals. This quantitative research was conducted to identify the impact of communication, motivation, and organisational culture variables on employee performance of PT Indomultibox Sidoarjo. The non-probability sampling technique selected 49 workers as samples in this study. The instrument used is a questionnaire using a Likert scale that satisfies the validity and reliability criteria. To answer the research hypothesis, the data were analysed using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that communication does not have a significant impact on the performance of employees of PT Indomultibox Sidoarjo. While motivation and company ethos have a strong influence on the performance of employees of PT Indomultibox Sidoarjo.
