Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted at Nura Mempawah boutique which is located at Jl. Boyan No.17. This research took place from June 2021 to completion. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the determining factors on the work productivity of the Nura Mempawah boutique employees. The type and research approach used is qualitative research in the form of case studies. The results of interviews and observations with the number of informants 7 people (2 owners and 5 employees). Data were collected using in-depth interviews and observations as well as several documents relevant to the research, such as data on production, sales, and turnover of the Nura Mempawah boutique. The results of the study found that the impact of the skill factor was supported by education and work experience so that these factors had an impact on the work productivity of boutique employees. The impact of leadership factors consists of (1) the division of labor of employees, (2) the way leaders make decisions, (3) responsibilities, and (4) communication between leaders and employees. This motivational factor has an impact on employee work productivity which is divided into (1) the salary received, (2) having work experience, (3) how to motivate yourself, and (4) compensation. The performance appraisal factor has an impact on employee work productivity, this factor is divided into two, namely skill evaluation and discipline evaluation for employees, so that the owner can find out how the performance of his employees. In addition, the owner also strives to increase the work productivity of his employees, so there is a refreshing bonus by traveling abroad or out of town.Keywords: Work Productivity, Impact of Skills Factors, Impact of Leadership Factors, Impact of Motivation Factors, Impact of Performance Appraisal Factors.
