Abstract
The selective delivery of IMRT-dose to target volumes with maximum sparing of normal tissue is more prone to errors than conventional therapy. Daily MV-CT imaging and on line position correction with Tomotherapy, prior to every treatment fraction and subsequent off line dose reconstruction, enables evaluation of the daily volumetric bladder changes and their impact on the accumulated total dose.
