Abstract

The role of schoolchildren and schools in the transmission of SARS-CoV-2 will come again to the fore with the reopening of schools in September in many northern hemisphere countries. In many other countries, including Australia and New Zealand, it remains uncertain whether schools will reopen before the end of the academic year.
