Abstract

We report on the measurement of the inclusive jet and dijet cross sections in pp collisions at the center of mass energy of 1.96 TeV. Jets are reconstructed using cone algorithm with radius of 0.7. Data were acquired by the D0 detector during April 2002 to August 2004 and corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 378 pb−1 for the inclusive jet cross section measurement. For dijet cross section measurement a smaller dataset corresponding to integrated luminosity of 143 pb−1 was used. Results from next‐to‐leading order perturbative QCD calculations are compared to the experimentally measured cross sections.
