Abstract
Considering SU(2) symmetry breaking of the Hamiltonian due to the nonelectromagnetic isospin violation term ( u 3) within the current algebra framework, we predict ( M D + − M D 0 ) non-em to be positive in contrast to the result of the σ-model calculation of Borchardt et al.
