Abstract
The article discusses selected problems that arise from the overlapping of the institution of a continuing offence with various forms of accessory criminal cooperation. Particular attention is paid to the issue of accessory assistance in the commission of only some of the behaviours comprising a continuing offence, including situations in which a multiplicity of behaviours, comprising a single prohibited act under Article 12 § 1 of the Criminal Code, is a “new phenomenon”.
