Abstract
Cytogenetic analysis of metaphase chromosomes from peripheral blood leukocyte cultures of volunteer male subjects sampled before and after a series of oral applications of marihuana extract, hashish extract, or synthetic Δ-9-THC revealed no in crease in chromosome breakage which could be attributed to the effects of these compounds.
