Abstract
Neurocysticercosis is endemic in many regions of the world. Extra parenchymal forms of neurocysticercosis are infrequent but may be associated with hydrocephalus. We report the case and show a typical MRI of fourth ventricle ependymitis caused by cysticercosis. Keywords: Ependymitis; cysticercosis.
