Abstract

54-year-old man presented with shortness of breath,odynophagia, dysphagia, and gastroesophageal reflux. Acomputed tomogram of the chest revealed a 6-cm rightparatracheal (mediastinal) mass displacing the trachea andesophagus (Figure 1). There was no connection between themass and the thyroid gland.
