Abstract
These two cases of successful treatment of a rare vascular disorder – cystic adventitial disease (CAD). Case 1: CAD of the popliteal artery with narrowing of the popliteal artery and intermittent claudication. Case 2: CAD of iliac vein with irreducible femoral hernia formation and iliac vein subocclusion. We described preoperative planning, surgical intervention and postoperative management in our cases. Surgery after careful preoperative planning is only one effective method of treatment of CAD and has good long-term results.

Санкт-Петербургское государственное бюджетное учреждение здравоохранения «Городская больница Святой преподобномученицы Елизаветы», Санкт-Петербург, Россия. Представлено два случая успешного лечения редкой сосудистой патологии – кистозного поражения: один – под коленной артерии с развитием значимого стеноза и, как следствие, перемежающейся хромоты, и второй – под вздошной вены, с возникновением бедренной невправимой грыжи и субокклюзией подвздошной вены. Хирургическая операция – единственный метод лечения представленной патологии, которая приводит к хорошим отдаленным результатам.
