The Cylex Immune Cell Function Assay (ImmuKnow, Cylex, Columbia, MD) detects cell-mediated immunity in immunosuppressed patients. Lung transplant recipients are immunosuppressed to prevent lung allograft rejection and the ImmuKnow assay is utilized to monitor the level of immunosuppression.
