Abstract

A cyclotron resonance line for electrons in AgBr was studied up to E ω = 3 kV/cm at 35 GHz and H = 58 kOe. A new kink observed in the resonance line reveals that a polaron in streaming cyclotron motion suddenly escapes the LO- phonon emission and never contributes to the absorption above a critical magnetic field.
