Abstract
A recent paper by Gallagher etal. (2020) demonstrates that c-di-GMP controls spore formation in Streptomyces venezuelae through sequestering the sporulation sigma factor σWhiG and presents the crystal structure of a ternary complex between c-di-GMP, σWhiG, and its anti-sigma factor, RsiG.
