Cyclic binuclear complexes of rhodium with molecular nitrogen

Abstract

1. Binuclear carbonyl complexes of rhodium containing bis (diphenylphosphino)-p-xylylene and bis-(diphenylphosphino)-m-phenylene as the bridge ligands were obtained. 2. Cyclic nitrogen complexes were obtained for the first time by the reaction of benzoic and pyromucic acid azides with the binuclear rhodium complexes. 3. The direction of the synthesis of nitrogen complexes depends on the structures of the azides used.
