Abstract

In this short article, we answer Lewis Carroll’s well-known no-answer Riddle ‘Why is a Raven like a Writing Desk’ analytically. Our development shows that the intuitive thinking behavior of human beings can be analyzed using an analytic framework that involves the function concept proposed by Gottlob Frege and the naming theory. As a result, we suggest that the study of Psychology and Cognitive Science bears intrinsic relationship with Philosophy of Language and Logic.
