Abstract
Many initiatives in England and Wales (EW MOJ, 2015) and demonstrates how current victim policy is ill suited to providing an adequate response to victims of cybercrime. Secondly, it introduces Fineman’s (2008; 2017) vulnerability theory as a lens to better understand cybercrime vulnerability. Finally, with reference to three scenarios based on real cases reported in Wales, it shows how a broader vulnerability framework provides a lens through which to identify areas for intervention, aimed at increasing victim resilience are addressing victims’ immediate needs, in E&W and beyond.
