Abstract
The Cyber Terrorism according to me, Mr. Prajesh Barde, is a “Bloodshed in Cyber Space”; the individuals’ systems, government systems, public services etc. practically bleed due to the attacks by cyber terrorists. These Criminals attack with diversified intentions to cause grave damage to an enemy country technologically , socially and economically. The punishment for Cyber Terrorism in India is Life Imprisonment or in some cases beyond that. But, still the crimes continue unabated. Going after the criminals, filing complaints, Investigations and Convictions of such criminals is hardly known but, recently, many Preventive Measures have been started. Cyber Terrorism is a way of waging war against a Country or sometime establishments inside other nations. India is facing this problem every day in one form or the other. India being the fastest growing economy obviously is on the radar of hostile neighbours and other terrorist organizations to fracture its growth. Though India has the Power, Strength and Will to fight any war physically, it has a long way to go in fighting Cyber Terrorism.
