Abstract
Cyber literature has been developed for 23 years and has now entered the stage of policy dividends from marginalization.. Cyber literature has become the main battlefield of power struggle within contemporary literary ideology.And it has itself become part of an ideological power struggle. It is mainly manifested in the confrontation between popular culture and elite literature. The struggle between civilian discourse power and capital, the struggle between feminist representatives and patriarchal ideology. From these three perspectives to discussed why Cyber literature has been marginalized without being able to grow for 23 years. It also discussed the limitations of Cyber literature.
