Abstract
To the Editor: The impact of pregnancy on cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) and lymphoproliferative disorders (LPDs) is largely unexplored territory, limited to case reports and series with conflicting results.1-4 In clinical practice, this uncertainty is often averted as most female patients are diagnosed after childbearing years. Nevertheless, for patients considering pregnancy, the lack of available data and limited pregnancy-safe treatment options can be distressing.
