Abstract

Banking sector are important component of any financial system. Banking sectors are working hard to provide the best quality of service to their customers in order to achieve their satisfaction and loyalty. The purpose of paper is to evaluate the level of customer satisfaction in banking sector with reference to Dakshina Kannada district. The study focuses on various factors that determine customer satisfaction. Analysis was made by using questionnaire method and personal interview method. This paper helps to find out problem faced by banking sector in providing customer satisfaction and it suggests ways through which customer satisfaction can improve. For this purpose 200 customers of Different banking sectors are targeted, responses have been collected through questionnaire and personal interview method.
