Abstract

Sharia laundry is a laundry that in its implementation uses sharia principles. Many factors affect the quality and operation of a business in the service sector, thus affecting the satisfaction of customers or service users. Sharia Laundry is an option to increase customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the customer satisfaction of Islamic laundry from the perspective of Islamic economics, the distinction of laundry shari'ah in the aspects of customer satisfaction, and the marketing strategy used by Islamic laundry in increasing customer satisfaction from the perspective of the Islamic economy. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive-analytical methods. The data source used is the primary data source from the data obtained by observing the place to be studied and other data which is the result of direct interviews from the source, namely the Hijrah Laundry Sharia and in the form of collecting documentation from books, articles, journals, the internet and various other sources which are then analyzed through data reduction, data display, and verification to obtain conclusions. The results of this study concluded that Sharia Laundry guarantees customer satisfaction because of Islamic services and systems and guarantees the welfare of managers and customers. n
